What reviewers think

Flanders Gas earns strong loyalty for quick service, fair pricing that charges only for what customers use, and staff who know the work well. The main friction is outdated billing: no online payment portal or invoicing, which one customer found frustrating enough to recommend competitors. During hurricane season demand surges, wait times can stretch, though most reviews praise their emergency reliability.

Praised for
  • friendly and professional staff
  • fair pricing (pay by actual use)
  • quick turnaround and efficiency
  • reliable during emergencies
  • honest business practices
Watch-outs
  • outdated payment methods (no online option)
  • slow emergency response during peak demand
