What reviewers think

Jerome and Darlene handle pool heaters, generators, and gas hookups across Southern Pinellas County with strong technical depth; most reviewers praise rapid response and fair pricing on routine work. Two one-star reviews cite catastrophic service failures during and after hurricanes (generator non-repairs, refusal to diagnose), and one flags shock billing for lengthy diagnostic work, raising concerns about emergency reliability and rate transparency.

Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

Best for: homeowners needing routine pool heater repair or gas line work in Pinellas County
Think twice if: you depend on generator emergency service; two reviews detail refusal to diagnose or repair failed generators during/after hurricanes

Strengths

  • factory-authorized repair for major pool heater brands
  • same-day or next-day pool heater repairs
  • handles complex gas line work (generators, appliances, tankless water heaters)
  • technician with 20+ years of pool and gas equipment knowledge

Worth knowing

  • Jerome (technician) and Darlene (scheduling/communication) named repeatedly as core staff
  • Authorized service center for Hayward, Pentair, Raypak, and Zodiac (Jandy) pool heater brands
  • One review reported $1,150 bill for 5-hour diagnostic call (no resolution reached); another praised Jerome's same-day or next-day pool heater repairs
  • Two one-star reviews cite generator emergencies during hurricanes: one customer left without power after generator failed post-Milton and service was abandoned; another was told 'we are not repairing malfunctioning generators' after generator refused to start
