What reviewers think

Most visits result in friendly service and quick turnarounds, with several staff members earning specific praise for patience and going beyond their duties. However, a meaningful minority encounter serious friction: quoted prices balloon at pickup, vehicles booked online vanish from inventory, payment systems hold funds without releasing rentals, and return processing drags on. The brake controller installation is clean work at a fair cost.
