Staff remember regular customers and greet them warmly; the store stays clean and checkout moves fast. Diesel pump is noted as unusually quick. Some reviewers say gas prices run 20-40 cents higher than stations down the street, and stock on specialty items (energy drinks, lottery) has been patchy.
This U-Haul location in Brooksville earns strong marks for friendly staff, spotless trucks, and hassle-free rentals. Tammy and Laura draw specific praise for going above and beyond. A handful of customers hit billing surprises or equipment delays, but the business resolved complaints quickly.

AmeriGas delivers reliably for customers on autofill plans, who praise the convenience and occasional standout driver service. But manual delivery customers report repeated missed appointments, surprise charges, long phone waits, and weak follow-up, with some waiting days or weeks for promised emergency fills and taking unpaid time off work for no-shows. Emergency and ad-hoc orders carry the highest frustration: customers describe $300-500 surprise fees, three-day delays on promised 48-hour fills, no pre-arrival texts despite promises, and billing for empty tanks they say were already full. Autofill subscribers describe reliable drivers and monthly consistency.
