One five-star review cited reliable propane availability during hurricane season. Evidence is limited to a single review.
All five reviews rate this location one star. Customers report staff who ignore walk-ins, a sole certified technician working unpredictable shifts despite published hours, refusals to refill in rain despite covered equipment, and equipment out of service. One reviewer praised a manager named Dan for responsiveness.
Reviewers praise staff members like Manuel and Yermo for hands-on help, especially with trailer hitches and problem-solving. However, the location is plagued by system failures, opaque fees that turn modest rentals into hundreds of dollars, and unpredictable customer service-some staff are dismissive or indifferent when customers need support.
