Questions people ask

What happens if I return a truck with less than a full tank?
You will be charged extra fees that can exceed the rental cost itself. One reviewer was charged $175 total for a $20 rental after returning a truck below a quarter tank.
Can you fix a trailer hitch same-day?
Yes. Manny repaired a falling hitch the same day a customer arrived in Tampa, even while the location was busy.
What do I need to do to rent a truck?
Online reservation is just the first step. You must come into the store, redo the entire process through an app, and wait for a verification call-not all clearly explained upfront.
