Five-star reviews praise fast service and friendly staff, but recent complaints reveal serious gaps: missed deliveries, poor scheduling communication, and a reported unsafe driver incident. The rating spread (57% five-star, 43% one/two-star) signals inconsistency worth investigating before committing.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.

One-star complaints center on overbooking (charging for unavailable units, withholding availability across locations), billing disputes over wrong-sized equipment, and driver safety issues. The business shows a split between loyal repeat customers and those caught in logistics failures.
