Core details are sourced from this business's Google Business Profile (checked 2026-09-04).
Not enough recent reviews yet to synthesise a reliable sentiment read for this business.
Based on limited recent reviews, so treat this as low-confidence.
Most reviewers report smooth rentals and strong staff service, though some past renters faced dirty equipment, unexpected exchange fees, and unclear billing rules. The business has improved since earlier complaints, but contract details and equipment condition remain worth clarifying upfront.
Review evidence is limited. Amerigas Propane Exchange operates in Tampa and lists propane delivery, tank exchange, cylinder refill, installation, and commercial supply on their website, with service areas covering Florida.
Five-star reviews praise fast service and friendly staff, but recent complaints reveal serious gaps: missed deliveries, poor scheduling communication, and a reported unsafe driver incident. The rating spread (57% five-star, 43% one/two-star) signals inconsistency worth investigating before committing.
