U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Tampa

3.7(236)✓ Google-verified

U-Haul North Tampa draws mixed reactions. Regular customers praise fast truck rental, easy online booking, and standout staff like Dayna and Dana who solve problems. However, complaints center on inconsistent service, poor follow-up after failures (particularly with trailer wiring installation), unclear fees (including $15 late-payment charges), and occasional customer-service friction around language access. The propane service also draws criticism for hours posted online not matching actual closing time.

One reviewer reported a critical failure: the company did not deliver a promised replacement tank, made repeated broken promises, and left a leaking tank unaddressed. Evidence is limited to this single account.
