Staff like Thomas earn strong praise for patience and knowledge during rentals, and many five-star reviews note friendly, efficient service. But propane customers face recurring problems: certified staff often lock up the dispenser before closing, turn away customers, or claim staffing shortages, making refills unreliable despite posted hours. Billing disputes are handled defensively; one $400 charge was slow to resolve and customer service became dismissive when asked for simple written confirmation.
