Lee County Plumbing & Supply ( Propane)

4.3(88)✓ Google-verified

The staff consistently go out of their way to source rare parts and solve plumbing problems thoroughly, earning loyalty from repeat customers. However, their cash-only payment model and propane tank refill pricing (both the amounts delivered and rates charged) have frustrated recent buyers enough to send them elsewhere. Most propane feedback centers on exchanges rather than delivery or monitoring services. One reviewer weighed their filled tank and found it fell short of promised volume, while another noted the $31 per refill charge with questions about actual weight. These pricing disputes and payment restrictions stand out against otherwise strong plumbing-focused reviews.

Most customers value the store's broad range of pet, farm, and garden supplies alongside friendly staff and clean facilities. However, propane refill service is inconsistent and frustrating; multiple reviewers report repeated failed attempts, conflicting excuses, and staff unwillingness to help, making this a weak link despite the business's otherwise positive reputation.

U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Fort Myers

3.9(202)✓ Google-verified

Strong regular customers praise staff like John (manager) and William (equipment specialist) for their attentiveness and efficiency, with many noting exceptional service during pickups and drop-offs. However, billing disputes recur: customers report being charged for fuel they didn't use, equipment they didn't receive, and other unexplained fees, with refunds taking days or requiring manager escalation. One reviewer was turned away for propane an hour before closing because no staff was available to fill tanks.
