Most renters praise the Brandon location for fast, friendly service and clean equipment; staff like Chloe, Jermaine, and Jose stand out for patience and expertise. Billing and inventory issues frustrate some customers, who report mismatches between website stock claims and actual availability, plus mileage overcharges.
Every customer interaction reported here came through on time and at fair prices. Richey and his team show up when promised, explain what they're doing, and finish the job without shortcuts-sealing threads against rust, recommending gas suppliers, traveling to remote sites. Work ranges from single-tank deliveries to dual setups and 120-gallon installs with custom piping, all with visible pride in getting it right the first time. The owner's visible hands-on style sets the tone: he supervises jobs himself, even while recovering from injury, and staff like Shane travel distances to serve customers across the region. Details matter here (proper regulators, thread sealing, early delivery), and pricing consistently beats other counties' quotes by a margin reviewers notice.
Shoppers consistently praise the staff as friendly and knowledgeable, with many noting the store's good product selection, cleanliness, and reasonable prices. Regular visitors appreciate convenient parking and easy access whether arriving by car or with a truck and trailer, with staff described as welcoming and helpful across farm supplies, equipment, pet products, and propane services.
One recent five-star review praises convenient anytime pickup, though evidence is limited to a single review. The business operates from Brandon and offers tank exchange plus delivery to homes and commercial sites.
The Brandon location advertises seven-day service but frequently cannot deliver: reviewers report arriving to find no qualified staff able to pump propane, and phone calls go unanswered or sit on hold for 10+ minutes. When a qualified technician is present, the refill is quick, but unpredictability makes this stop unreliable for urgent needs or travelers close by.
Most reviewers report smooth rentals and strong staff service, though some past renters faced dirty equipment, unexpected exchange fees, and unclear billing rules. The business has improved since earlier complaints, but contract details and equipment condition remain worth clarifying upfront.
Regular customers rely on Josh, Crystal, and the team to handle everything from standard table rentals to unusual setups like 25-foot pipe and drape, often with little notice. Staff deliver, set up, and pick up on site, and handle special requests with flexibility and responsiveness over phone and email.
Staff complete tank exchanges in under five minutes. The Brandon location serves a dense residential area but runs low on inventory ahead of bad weather.
One five-star review supports the service. Detail is limited, but the perfect rating and cylinder exchange focus align with the business model. Review volume here ranks in the top 30% locally.
All eight reviews report the Brandon location either lacks propane stock or staff to provide service, despite online listings claiming availability. A facility relocation left propane services unset up and understaffed for over two years.
One reviewer spent two hours waiting for the automated exchange machine to work, ultimately receiving only a refund. Evidence of broader issues is limited to this single report.
