The staff consistently go out of their way to source rare parts and solve plumbing problems thoroughly, earning loyalty from repeat customers. However, their cash-only payment model and propane tank refill pricing (both the amounts delivered and rates charged) have frustrated recent buyers enough to send them elsewhere. Most propane feedback centers on exchanges rather than delivery or monitoring services. One reviewer weighed their filled tank and found it fell short of promised volume, while another noted the $31 per refill charge with questions about actual weight. These pricing disputes and payment restrictions stand out against otherwise strong plumbing-focused reviews.
